Highgate House
In the heart of North London’s Highgate Village, a stunning, four storey, Georgian family home was rented to tenants while the family moved abroad for work. Eight years later the family decided to sell the house and, when the tenants moved out, we were contacted to help prepare the house for sale.
After advising on minor redecoration and remedial works we assisted with removing and donating unwanted furniture and arranged for cleaning and landscaping.
When it came to staging, we selected high quality furniture and accessories that would capture the hearts and imaginations of the local buying audience and help the large rooms with high ceilings feel spacious, yet at the same time, cosy and inviting.
The owners were delighted with the transformation, particularly when a cash buyer offered the full asking price within one day of it entering the market.
