A plot of land sitting discretely behind a residential street in North London’s Crouch End was selected for the development of four identical, three storey houses with high-end security and spectacular views. The plot was ideally located close to Hornsey station and Crouch End’s shops and cafes and offered open plan living on the ground floor with floor-to- ceiling windows in the basement and upper floor bedrooms.
We staged one of the properties as a show home installing contemporary and comfortable furniture and accessories and large architectural plants to soften the sleekness of the black iron staircase and glossy tiled floors.
All four houses sold within a matter of months, despite the downturn in the London property market.
