Hidden behind bustling Fortess Road in North London’s Kentish Town, a warehouse property was converted into thirteen rental flats. The developers employed a project manager to ensure the interior and exterior fittings and features would appeal to a professional market with discerning taste, to maximise their potential rental yield.
It was the project manager who contacted us for our rental flats property staging service, with the option of furniture rental or sale depending on the tenants’ preferences. There were three models of show flats, with the empty properties being staged in turn as each show flat was let. The spaces had been beautifully fitted out in shades of grey, so we added soft tones and textures with the furniture and accessories for added warmth and luxury. Large architectural plants brought life and vibrancy, particularly to the lower ground flats that lacked the natural daylight.
To the developer’s delight, all flats were let within a matter of days.
