Archway Flat

When this one bed flat in a purpose built block was vacated by its tenants, and with Brexit looming, the owner decided it was time to sell. Tucked behind Archway’s bustling Holloway Road, facing the beautiful St. John the Evangelist Church, the position was fantastic and local agents were confident of a good and timely offer.

Three months on and with no offers, the vendor asked us to step in. As with many ex-rental properties, the flat had been left in an unappealing condition. We offered recommendations that would give the owner the maximum return which included removing the old furniture, painting throughout, replacing the dark brown kitchen units, installing white Venetian blinds on all windows, a deep clean and finally staging all rooms to help viewers imagine how it would feel to live there.

The result was a triumph and the flat was sold within a month.

“The service was very efficient throughout and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Within 1 week of dressing the rooms we had 3 bids in, one of which for the full asking price. Definitely a service I would consider using again.”
