Crouch End Town House
In a secluded, empty plot of land sitting snugly between a bowl club and Territorial Army base, a team of creative developers built four identical town houses with a view to either selling or letting, depending on demand. As soon as the first house was completed, we were instructed to turn it from a stunning house to an even more stunning home.
We started with sleek, contemporary furniture, maximising the sense of space and highlighting how well the house served as a family home. With plenty of height but limited width, the walls were painted white to generate maximum light, so it we injected a sense of cosiness and aspirational luxury with soft textures and warm colours, stylish artwork, crisp white sheets and fluffy towels.
All four houses now either sold or tenanted. Another very happy customer!
“Excellent service all round. I would not hesitate to use Janine again and would recommend her company to anyone trying to sell a property.”.
